Welcome to JULY,
Our Month of DIVINE FAVOR Psalm 5:12, 30:7, Luke 2:52.
Favour is an act of kindness beyond what is due you. It is help rendered to you without recourse to what you have done, failed to do or your qualification.
Divine favour makes you attractive, acceptable and likeable. It makes you stand out among contemporaries, like Esther who was selected among several beautiful ladies - Esther 2:15-17. In other words, favour is an antidote for rejection. Divine favour also chooses you for something good even when you are not naturally qualified. David was the most unqualified person for anointing in his family but God rejected others and chose him - 1 Samuel 16:11-13.
When you seek the face of God in prayer, like Jabez in 1Chronicles 4:9- 10, divine favour makes all your requests to be granted. Divine favour also makes help available to you at a time and from a place that you least expect, like the man by the pool of Bethesda - John 5:1-15.
Through divine favour, God called Paul to do a great work even when he was not thinking about God - Acts 9:1-6. God guided Peter whose toiling all night resulted in failure, to put in little effort and achieve great results - Luke 5:4-6. I speak to you by the word of God that your result will exceed your effort by far, in Jesus Christ’s name.
Because of divine favour, Joseph always received help from somebody during the turbulent times in his life and his relevance did not diminish. I pray that the favour of God will be evident in your life. You will still be standing after your work contemporaries are long gone. I declare over your life, that by the favour of God, nobody will be able to shake you or remove you from the place where God has placed you, in Jesus name.
